A selected unit is reserved exclusively. At the same time, proof of assets is provided in SC3 tokens to confirm the intention to purchase.

Signing of the contract
The purchase contract is then signed in a clear and legally binding manner.

Determination of the detailed 6D interior design
The entire interior design is defined: lighting, materials, shapes, 3D-printed elements, smart home systems, and other design elements.


Start of construction according to the construction schedule
Construction does not begin immediately, but according to the official construction schedule, as soon as the required number of villas has been sold.

Payments in SC3 tokens according to the payment plan
Partial payments are made in SC3 tokens, coordinated with the respective construction phases.

Completion and handover of keys
After completion of the construction work and quality inspection, the keys are handed over and the property is registered in the Tapu (land registry).
